Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil / Structural Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in building design and construction.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong project portfolio demonstrating technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a history of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and construction of building projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Conduct site assessments, evaluate structural integrity, and propose innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to achieve project objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building design and construction.
• Proven project portfolio showcasing successful delivery of complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and engineering tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Professional registration or certification (e.g., COREN, NSE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
