Job Description

• As the Purser, you will lead and supervise the cabin crew team, ensuring passenger safety, security, and comfort while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-flight briefings, ensuring cabin readiness.
• Supervise in-flight operations and resolve passenger concerns.
• Ensure compliance with emergency and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
• Valid NCAA Cabin Crew License
• Class 2 Medical Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Cabin Crew Member, with leadership experience
• Proficiency in English
• Must not have visible tattoos, piercings, or dental braces
• Minimum age: 22 years.
