We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join the Transave team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop strategic partnerships that enhance Transave's market presence.
Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and satisfaction.
Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
4 - 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
Experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
