Senior Brand Designer at Busha Digital LTD

Overview:

• We seek a Senior Brand Designer passionate about creating compelling and visually stunning brand experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will work within the brand team in developing and executing our brand strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring our brand vision to life.
• You have an eye for aesthetics and can express concepts through stunning visuals. You believe that design can inspire people to do more good in the world.

Responsibilities

As Busha’s Senior Graphic Designer, you will get to:

• Collaborate in the design and development of Busha’s brand identity, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines — including all sub-brands and subsequent products and services Busha may expand into.
• Work with the product team to develop visual elements, such as illustrations, patterns, image treatments, and more, to elevate the product's visuals and experience.
• Contribute to elevating design at Busha through mentoring, thought leadership, and supporting functional design objectives.
• Handle day-to-day design tasks, such as creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, and internal documents.
• Possess one or more speciality skills such as motion design, illustration, and 3D design.
• Partner frequently with project managers, marketers, business stakeholders, and creative leadership.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Tested experience with Figma
• Contemporary, user-centric design aesthetic with an eye for typography, colour palettes, and layout hierarchy
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible with changing demands
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent organisation, planning, execution & time management skills
• Superior attention to detail
