• We are seeking a talented and proactive Art Designer to play a key role in developing and executing high-impact visual assets across our corporate communications, branding, and marketing efforts.
• This role requires a strong visual thinker who can work independently to interpret briefs, contribute to brand evolution, and deliver polished, professional materials that reflect the organisation’s commitment to excellence and security leadership.
• While this role does not directly manage a team, the ideal candidate should be capable of overseeing the creative process end-to-end, with minimal supervision

Kay Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency across all design materials by maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and tone.
• Design visually engaging presentations, reports, and publications for executive and stakeholder audiences.
• Develop branded internal materials such as memos, newsletters, policy documents, and training guides.
• Collaborate on internal awareness campaigns and design creative assets for internal and external events, such as security forums, summits, and client-facing activations.
• Create on-brand assets for brochures, flyers, social media, corporate merchandise, and other business development collateral.
• Design clear infographics and layouts that simplify complex messaging, particularly in the context of security services and operations.
• Design digital assets for the website, email marketing, and online reports..
• Contribute to multimedia content, including basic motion graphics, interactive decks, and short video animations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in arts, graphics design, visual communication, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Canva Pro).
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail in layout, typography, and colour.
