Job Description

• Responsible for Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
• Responsible for Compiling project specifications
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
• Responsible for liaising with contractors on project works.
• Responsible for Scheduling meetings with clients to provide updates on projects.
• Responsible for working with the team to determine materials to be used for specific requirements for projects
• Responsible for managing the production of all 3D visualizations and animations.
• Responsible for resolving complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have MSc in Architecture
• Must have a good portfolio and at least 5 years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office package and architecture tools (Revit, Vray, Autocad, 3ds Max, Lumion, Vray, Adobe Photoshop).
• Must have excellent leadership and a good communication skill
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills
• Must have the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
• Must be detailed oriented and highly analytical.
