Sector Lead, Oil & Gas & Precious Metal at Tatum Bank

Job Description

• Lead sector coverage, originate and manage quality customer relationships, structure credit and trade transactions, drive deposit and revenue growth, coordinate internal approvals, monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit, risk and regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience/Exposure

• Demonstrable exposure to oil & gas/mining value chain, contract-based lending, commodity flows and sector risk drivers.

Minimum Educational & Professional Qualifications

• HND or BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years' banking/relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in sector relationship management or structured finance.
• Professional qualification is an added advantage.
