Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the restaurant.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, sales, and profitability.
• Develop ideas and promotions to increase customer numbers and revenue.
