Scientific Officer & Lab Technician at GUS Consulting

Job Responsibilites

• Conduct and Analyze Experiments: Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of SulNOx and Grez products, analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions and drive product development.
• Maintain Lab Equipment: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in compliance with safety regulations. Implement routine checks and repairs as necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that laboratory operations comply with regulatory standards, fostering a safe working environment for all team members
• Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with the product development team to identify areas for improvement in product formulation and performance. Share insights and recommendations based on experimental findings
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records, preparing technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively
• Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior lab staff and interns, promoting best practices in laboratory techniques and safety.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in relevant scientific fields, contributing to ongoing product innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in laboratory testing and data analysis, with a focus on product development.
• Experience with SulNOx and Grez products is a plus.
