Sales Team Lead at HYT Nigeria

Job description: 

• We are seeking a proactive and results driven Sales Team Lead to guide and support our sales team toward achieving and exceeding sales targets. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the sales team. 
• Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback. 
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 
• Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
• Onboarding and training new sales staff. 
• Manage conflict and handle customer complaints in a professional manner. 
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years of Sales in a Microfinance bank
• A Bachelor’s degree or HND Holder in relevant field 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Must reside within Ikorodu (proximity is key)
