We are seeking an experienced Sales Survey & Marketing (Steel & Steel Pipes) to drive business growth and market expansion for our steel and steel pipe products. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market surveys, identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across key industries including construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market surveys and research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and customer requirements.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Identify and pursue new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell steel and steel pipe products to contractors, distributors, engineering firms, and industrial clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years of direct experience in the steel and steel pipe industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Strong knowledge of steel products, steel pipes, and their applications across various industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to travel as required for business development activities.
