    Sales Support Personnel

    Location: Mainland, Lagos

    Mission/Purpose of the Job

    • The Sales Support will be responsible for actively following up on leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long-term customers.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their
    • needs and present suitable solutions.
    • Follow up diligently on all received leads to move them through the sales funnel.
    • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of interactions with leads.
    •  Assist in qualifying leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
    • Schedule and coordinate product demos or meetings between prospects and senior sales
    • personnel as needed.
    • Support the sales team in closing deals by providing relevant documentation and client information
    • information.
    • Work closely with marketing to understand current campaigns and ensure timely lead generation
    • follow-up.
    •  Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead engagement and conversion.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and client objections.

    Minimum & Preferred Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Confidence in engaging with clients via phone, email, and in person.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Strong personal Integrity that is attested by character witnesses
    • Proactive self-starter
    • Assertive and tenacious nature
    • Very good EQ
    • Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams
    • Highly organised and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
