Brief Description

• Raising of Quotations and Sales Orders.

Duties

• Raising of Quotations and Sales Orders.
• Creation of Prospects and Customers.
• Process Delivery plan and follow up till materials are delivered.
• Follow up with Sales Reps on Open Opportunities and Open Sales Orders.
• Follow with Clients on payments when the need arises.
• Follow up with the installation Team.
• Process Electrical Projects YSA if any.
• Prepare proposals/ Tender documents and acceptance letters.
• Prepare reports/project updates.
• And all other works related to making each project successful.
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, conditions or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate in relevant discipline with great computer skills i.e. Microsoft word and Excel.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
