    Sales Specialist

    Role Overview

    • The Enrollment Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their learning journey — from initial inquiry to program enrollment.
    • The ideal candidate will communicate Darey.io’s value proposition clearly, manage leads professionally, and ensure a smooth conversion and onboarding process.
    • This role demands professionalism, empathy, integrity, and consistency in following Darey.io’s established Sales SOPs and Compliance Policy.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead Management & Conversion:

    • Review and categorize all new leads promptly using the Darey.io CRM (Go High Level).
    • Contact qualified leads to understand their background, goals, and program of interest.
    • Provide accurate information about Darey.io programs, tuition, and enrollment procedures.
    • Maintain up-to-date and detailed notes for every interaction in the CRM, including call summaries and next steps.
    • Follow up consistently (at least three times) before marking a lead as unqualified or lost.
    • Convert qualified leads into enrolled students by providing clear, persuasive, and accurate guidance.
    • Trigger payment automation for interested students and log confirmation of payment.
    • Handover successfully enrolled students on the Customer Experience (CX) team for onboarding.

    Sales Process Compliance:

    • Adhere strictly to Darey.io’s Sales Operations and Compliance policies.
    • Use only official communication channels and approved scripts/templates when engaging with leads.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all student data and follow data protection protocols.
    • Avoid misrepresentation, unauthorised offers, or unapproved discounts.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Submit weekly reports summarising leads contacted, follow-up results, and pending actions.
    • Ensure all communication, payment, and enrollment records are accurately documented in the CRM.
    • Participate in weekly sales meetings and feedback sessions.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the CX team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
    • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or customer relations (experience in ed-tech or training industry preferred).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage leads and convert prospects using CRM tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.
