We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales within the financial lending sector, building strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.
The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and leveraging an existing network of professionals and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients within the financial lending sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Leverage an established network to generate leads and close deals.
Provide expert advice on financial lending products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
3-5 years of core sales experience within the financial lending sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Established network of professionals and buyers within the industry.
Fluent in Hausa (added advantage).
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
