Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and presentable
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Support inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures as needed
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed.
