    Sales Representative

    Purpose of the Job:

    As a Sales Representative, your primary role is to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
    • Conduct sales representations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

    Requirements:

    • HND/BSc in Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Time management and organizational abilities.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
    • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills. 
    • Goal-oriented mindset  with a focus on results.
