    Floor Manager

    Job Description
    Responsible of:

    • Hostess, waiters, food runners, counter attendants and shift leaders

    Liaise with:

    • Steward, parking attendant, waiters on wheels, phone host, bartenders, kitchen attendants, kitchen shift leader, head of kitchen, bar leader and Head of Branch


    • Support the restaurant operations and activities, supervising the floor staff and upholding the policies and quality standards of the company to ensure guest satisfactions.


    • Supervise the floor opening and closing procedure according to checklist
    • Ensure quality standards in product, equipment, atmosphere and service using records, menus and appropriate reference material
    • Monitor the implementation of standards set for products and practice to ensure food safety
    • Orient and encourage floor staff to promote menu items pushing sales
    • Handle the software system operations
    • Ensure good grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation practices in floor area
    • Look after the assets and provide necessary inventories when needed
    • Report the needs of regular maintenance and upkeep of the floor and its equipment
    • Monitor the floor staff schedule, attendance, section rotation, duties, performance, training and leave participate in their coaching, appraisal and development opportunities
    • Ensure a good and professional communication channel among and the floor team and with the head of branch through logbooks, memos, briefings and meetings.
    • Initial aggressive interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests and handling their complaints
    • Review the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports related to floor operations
    • Review the yearly plan for events and promotions with the head of branch
    • Report the floor state of operations to Head of Branch providing advice for possible improvement

    Qualification and Experience

    • OND / HND / BSc with 3-5years

    Shisha Attendant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable Shisha Attendant to join our restaurant team. As a Shisha Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving shisha, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Shisha Preparation: Prepare shisha pipes, including cleaning, assembling, and packing the pipes with flavored tobacco.
    • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and make recommendations on shisha flavors and combinations.
    • Order Management: Take orders, serve shisha, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
    • Shisha Maintenance: Monitor and maintain shisha pipes, including cleaning and replacing charcoal and tobacco as needed.
    • Quality Control: Ensure shisha is served at the right temperature and flavor.
    • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and hygienic shisha area, including the bar, tables, and equipment.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock shisha supplies, including tobacco, charcoal, and pipes.
    • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Health and Safety: Adhere to food safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.


    • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
    • Knowledge of shisha preparation and service
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and cleanliness


    • OND qualification


    • 2-3 years
