    Sales Representative Bakery Product

    Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

    Job Overview

    We are looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our high-quality bakery products. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market reach. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of bakery products, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and engage potential customers, including supermarkets, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and wholesalers.
    • Promote and sell a variety of bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct product presentations and tastings to potential buyers.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.

    Market Research & Intelligence:

    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to management regarding market needs, product demand, and pricing strategies.
    • Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.

    Sales Execution & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer databases.
    • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including sales performance, targets achieved, and customer feedback.
    • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

    Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to develop promotional campaigns.
    • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
    • Participate in sales training programs and continuous professional development.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Science, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of sales experience in the bakery, food, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and consumer preferences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
    • Valid driver’s license (if required).
