    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth, leveraging your expertise and networks in the exhibition industry.
    • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the exhibition or events industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and strategically expand the company's client base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships and act as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process. Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Regularly track and report on sales performance to management.
    • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our exhibition services and offerings. Present our company's value proposition and benefits to potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
    • Negotiation and Contract Management: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth strategies.
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and successful event delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the exhibition or events industry.
    • Strong understanding of the exhibition landscape, including key players, industry trends, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
    • Proactive and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
