Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store.
• Make them feel welcome.
• Attend to customers and assist with customer requests.
• Organize merchandise neatly.
• Attend to customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Make recommendations on customer needs/requests.
• Restock and display products on shelves.
• Work effectively and collaborative with other colleagues.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment.
• Assist with gift wrapping and packaging.
• Provide feedback and suggestions the customers made to the Sales Manager.

Required Competencies and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Ability in customer retention rate.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Candidate must be residing on the Island.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s or HND degree, in Marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of similar experience.
