• Be knowledgeable about the product

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• The job role is the administration of sales and distribution of products.
• Liaise with vendors on purchase and delivery prices.
• Issue invoices to vendors, follow up with payments and account reconciliation.
• Analyze and maintain operational data.
• Marketing and sales of assigned products.
• Monitor product inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of products.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
