Job Summary

• We're hiring a Sales Order Analyst in Awka, Anambra State. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales order records to identify trends, patterns, and irregularities that support data-driven business decisions.
• Accurately and promptly record sales orders in the database while ensuring consistency and data accuracy.
• Work closely with the production team to track and streamline the sales order workflow for greater efficiency.
• Verify that all customer orders are complete and dispatched within the required timelines.
• Partner with the sales, finance, and operations departments to address and resolve any order discrepancies or challenges.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by spotting process gaps and implementing practical, results-oriented solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in related fields.
• Recently completed the NYSC program.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for effective collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
