Sales Officer (Owerri) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Officer to support our growing operations in Owerri. This role is ideal for an energetic and experienced sales professional with strong knowledge of the local market and prior exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries. The position requires hands-on experience in territory sales, customer engagement, and field execution.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product sales and ensure market presence within the assigned territory
• Build and manage relationships with local retailers, stockists, and trade partners
• Execute route plans, ensure product availability, and support promotional activities
• Monitor stock movement, provide market insights, and report on sales performance
• Achieve set targets and support the regional sales team in market coverage
• Maintain proper records and work with basic Excel tools for reporting.

Requirements:

• A graduate with 4–5 years of sales experience.
• Prior work experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care product sales is required
• Comfortable working independently on the field and meeting daily targets
• Confident in spoken and written English
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and can navigate within the region
• Able to use basic Excel and perform simple sales-related calculations
