Sales Merchandiser (Plateau) at Alan & Grant

Key Responsibilities

• Implement in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility
• Ensure accurate and appealing product displays, facing, and stock levels
• Provide sales support to retail staff, demonstrating products and addressing customer queries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff, managers, and customers
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, minimizing stock outs and overstocking

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
