    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Position Summary

    • The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and managing prospective client leads through the full sales cycle - from initial contact to closing transactions through a variety of contact modes (i.e. face-to-face interactions, field visits, events, telephone etc). The role involves prospecting, lead generation, and converting prospects into paying customers while delivering excellent customer service. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on relationship management and revenue generation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Client Engagement

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field marketing.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers using solid arguments.
    • Conduct needs assessments and confidently present appropriate service packages
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
    • Convert qualified leads into paying clients through persuasive and informed engagement Maintain a high conversion rate across various campaigns and service categories
    • Represent the company at client-facing events, engaging with prospects face-to-face to present services and gather enquiries
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, using this intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategy.

    Administrative & Client Support:

    • Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system
    • Prepare and send follow-up proposals, invoices, and onboarding documents
    • Liaise with internal teams to support seamless client onboarding
    • Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth client experience

    Minimum Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a passion for sales.
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
    • Experience in the education, consulting, or service-based industry is an advantage
