Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the premium audio visual equipment for homes, individuals and small businesses. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring all sales objectives are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth while fostering a culture of excellence and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team has comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge of all premium gadgets.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, forecast sales, and make data-driven decisions.
Manage the sales budget, resources, and performance tracking systems.
Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews with team members.
Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff.
Step in to resolve complex customer issues and maintain key client relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and operational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role, preferably in the retail or technology sector.
A strong passion for and in-depth knowledge of high-end gadgets, electronics, and technology.
Must be a university graduate.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets as both an individual contributor and a team leader.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
