    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors. You will oversee sales operations, analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Food and Beverage market.
    • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
