    Sales Manager (Real Estate Firm)

    Job Summary:

    The company is seeking to hire a result oriented Sales manager who will be in charge of maximizing sales of the company. The ideal candidate for this role will set realistic expectations and push through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Number of deals closed out by team members with the supervisor’s active support
    • Number of refresher product training conducted for team members
    • Number of presentation/negotiation skills training conducted
    • Number of agents hired by the team
    • Number of sales from agents hired by the team.
    • Number of prospects invited by registered agents during agent/clients’ event
    • Number of PV leads converted into actual sales in the team
    • Number of campaign leads converted into actual sales in the team.
    • Number of sales strategies implemented in the team to drive sales

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a sales plan and come up with a strategy on how to boost the capital base of the firm
    • Drive activities to achieve the sales target of your team.
    • Coordinate the activities of your team members on product sales and development.
    • Coordinate the launching of new products for the firm.
    • As a sales manager, you are expected to possess accurate product knowledge and be able to scout for potential prospects regularly. Once a client is found, the corporate sales manager then calls a meeting and assigns a salesperson for the account and other professionals to help develop a marketing plan that would benefit both the client and the company.
    • The Sales Manager is in charge of training, managing, and advising all salespeople.
    • He/she has to work with HR in recruiting, interviewing, assessing candidates, providing training and orientation to new hires, evaluating employee work and output, and initiating termination for underperforming employees.
    • Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, and potential corporate firms who could partner with the company on sales deals.
    • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
    • Ensure provision of proper after-sales support and services to clients.
    • Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and make decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
    • 9 years + of experience as a Sales manager in a real estate firm or a similar environment and proven track records in sales.
    • Business acumen and expert knowledge of the industry
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets, and deadlines and work under pressure
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal)
    • Strong presentation and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft office suite
    • Excellent relationship management
    • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
    • Ability to easily adjust to flexible work environments, overtime, travel, weekends, etc.
