Sales Manager at Mikul Health

The Role

•  We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing/Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives to grow our customer base and increase revenue, while managing campaigns that communicate the value of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive growth.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage and grow Mikul Health’s presence across digital and offline channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report on results.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing and sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working in a hybrid environment.
• Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
