Responsibilities
Actively prospect for new clients and convert leads into actual sales.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed set targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
Drive the achievement of both individual and team sales objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
Sound knowledge of the Foreign Exchange (FX) market is essential.
Familiarity with cross-border payment solutions and international trade procedures is an added advantage.
Up-to-date knowledge of local and international financial regulations with the ability to provide client advisory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
