    Sales Manager

    Job Overview:

    • As the Sales/Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by overseeing the sales process and leading the onboarding of new auto merchants and dealerships onto the Carbin Africa platform.
    • You will be responsible for building and managing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall expansion of our network.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales targets and KPIs.

    Onboarding and Relationship Management:

    • Lead the onboarding process for new auto merchants and dealerships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new partners onto the Carbin Africa platform.

    Team Leadership:

    • Manage and lead a team of sales and onboarding professionals.
    • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

    Market Analysis:

    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

    Customer Satisfaction:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automobile industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
