Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Officer located in Ikeja.
• The Sales Support Officer will be assisting the Commercial Manager in achieving the business development objectives.
• Support the Commercial Managers in managing existing customers and growing the business portfolio.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
• Preparation of sales quotations and proposals.
• Liaising with other departments at every point of the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
