Sales Expert at Cirvee

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive student enrollments across all Cirvee programs (B2C)
• Sell corporate training and service offerings to businesses (B2B)
• Generate and follow up on leads aggressively (online & offline)
• Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners 
• Attend events, activations, and outreach campaigns to generate leads 
• Work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound leads
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance weekly
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
• Represent Cirvee confidently in meetings, pitches, and negotiations 

Qualifications: 

• Strong sales and closing ability (this is non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
• Ability to communicate, persuade, and handle objections effectively 
• Target-driven mindset — you are hungry for results
• Strong follow-up culture (you don’t lose leads)
• Good understanding of sales funnels and customer behavior
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience in EdTech, training, or service-based sales is a plus
• Must be available to work on-site in Ibadan
