    Sales Executives- FMCG Experience Only- Apapa and Ajeromi

    We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships within the FMCG distribution network. You must be target-driven and have a deep understanding of FMCG sales channels, market trends, and consumer behavior.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
    • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Execute sales strategies to increase market share and product visibility.
    • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales with customers and distributors.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams for product promotions, in-store activations, and merchandising.
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree/HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1–2 years proven sales experience in the FMCG industry (mandatory).
    • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and modern trade.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
