    Sales Executive - Renewable

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documentation for solar and renewable energy projects.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector
    • Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
    • Maintain and update ERP systems with customer data, sales activities, and lead tracking.
    • Create sales order (SO) and issue Delivery Note (DN) in ERP system.
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports/dashboards relating to revenue and financial objectives.
    • Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Service for delivery, installation and timely invoicing submission
    • Schedule client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and follow up on customer interactions.
    • Support in market research, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Monitor and report on sales KPIs, pipeline updates, and order status.
    • Ensure all customer documentation, contracts, and service agreements are complete and properly filed.
    • Respond to client queries and coordinate internally to ensure prompt issue resolution.
    • Provide administrative support for bid submissions, compliance documentation, and vendor registrations.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships and follow up for repeat business and referrals.
    • Stay informed on renewable energy trends, policies, and competitor offerings.
    • Visit customers on site in order to develop an understanding of their business requirements and future potential opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
