    Sales Executive

    Location: Sabo, Ikorodu, Lagos.  Indomie Plaza, Mushin, Lagos. Emab Plaza, Tinubu square, Lagos island, Lagos. We encourage people living around these axis to apply.

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a Sales executive to join our team at Pella Group (Sabo, Ikorodu).
    • For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients,
    • generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company's overall success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Target Achievement: Meet your personal monthly target and work closely with each sale executive to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and
    • objectives. Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement
    • strategies to optimize sales performance.
    • Outdoor Marketing: Develop and execute outdoor marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads. This includes identifying target markets, organizing promotional events, coordinating advertising campaigns, and utilizing various marketing channels effectively.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service, effective communication, and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
    • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate team and individual sales performance. Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
    • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the sales budget. Monitor expenditures, analyze cost-effectiveness, and propose adjustments to ensure the optimal allocation of resources.
    • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team members. Provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in Outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.
    • Applicant must reside around Ikorodu environs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • Proven track record in sales or customer service.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to negotiate contract and close sales.
    • Knowledge of the real estate market..
