    Sales Executive

    Job Objectives

    • Supportthe day to day activities of the Sales & Marketing Department by attracting prospective buyers, selling and executing the sales transactions associated with real property; develop and implements marketing strategies that meet the organization's real estate industry business targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source for new Clients and close successful sales transactions
    • Monitor CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database and produce weekly reports on same
    • Management and distribution of marketing materials
    • Participation in promotional activities and trade shows to market brand and products
    • Monitoring competitive activities and present findings to Department head
    • Liaising with Real Estate Agents and other strategic partners
    • Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
    • Assisting with the formulation of effective marketing and advertising campaigns to engage interest of prospective sales target market interest.
    • Evaluating marketing campaigns and trends to assist with strategic decisions on product positioning.

    Key Skills & Experience Requirements

    • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience in Sales & Marketing with Notable Results (3 years Minimum)
    • Real Estate Sales Experience is compulsory
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
    • Working knowledge and activity on Social Media Platforms
    • Active experience in application of Client Relationship Management tools
    • Strong presentation skills and good attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality in presentations and communication.
