    Sales Executive

    The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s real estate offerings. The role requires active prospecting, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
    • Promote and market company properties through direct sales, networking, and digital platforms.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Conduct property inspections and presentations to clients.
    • Achieve set sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.

    Skills

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Persuasive and goal-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Digital marketing and social media promotion skills (added advantage).

    Education

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.

    Experience

    • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (experience in the property industry is an added advantage).
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
