Job Description
We are looking for a stellar, friendly, well-spoken Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As a SDR, you will assist Tenaui Africa Limited in expanding our client base. You’ll be the first line of communication between the company and prospects. As an SDR, you will share our message, build professional relationships, and generate new business for the company. You’ll also work closely with sales leaders to research and develop call strategies, messaging and territory development.
To be a successful SDR, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills.

Requirements/Qualifications
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business related fields.
Have 3-4 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
Ability to think strategically and tactically.
Highly organized with good time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Great active-listening skills.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.
Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
Highly skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
Patient and able to practice good phone etiquette.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Experience using a CRM.
Determination and drive for growth
Sales experience in the copier and printing industry is a plus(Can sales large format printers, printing press etc.).
Having successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
