    Sales / Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Customer-oriented service representative. I-World’s Sales/Customer Service Representative will act a s a liaison officer, business support officer, provide services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with a taste of professionalism, accuracy and efficiency.
    • I-World’s Sales/Customer Service Representative are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
    • They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

    Job Functions

    • Customer engagement: daily engage customers in all region to evaluate their satisfaction
    • Business support: generate sales leads, book sales appointments through cold calling
    • Customer service: attend to walk-in customers, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Office Administration: oversee the office administration and daily operations
    • Secretary: provide secretarial activities for the Osogbo branch
    • Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
    • Handle petty cash, book keeping and document filing
    • Give daily report of all expenses and make requests for reimbursement.
    • Assist with overall staff administration for Osogbo branch.

    Job Requirements

    • Must have a post NYSC B.Sc. or HND certificate
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proven sales and customer support experience
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Warm, courteous and engaging personality
    • Adept at use of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
