As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between clients and world-class furniture and design solutions, delivering an exceptional experience from consultation to purchase. You’ll work with both private and commercial customers, helping them transform their spaces with style and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and cultivate new customers.
• Guide and advise clients on the best furniture and interior design solutions.
• Prepare quotations and assist with 2D/3D design models based on customer plans or site visits.
• Close sales opportunities through a highly client-focused and service-oriented process.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service, ideally in luxury goods or the furniture industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrable sales track record from previous roles; marketing and social media experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about personal growth and committed to going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
