    Sales Consultant/Executive (In-store)

    Job Description:

    Our client, a luxury gifting store, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant/Executive to handle its Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products and a proven track record in retail and sales, with a strong focus on customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide exceptional customer experience (in-store and online) by ensuring the customer is always the top priority;

    • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
    • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
    • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
    • Cross sell products.
    • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

    Strong customer relationship management;

    • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of customers.
    • Track customer buying interests and monitor customer requests and stock suggestions.
    • Actively maintain a relationship with customers.

    Manage sales area ambience;

    • Ensure stocks are in a presentable condition.
    • Responsible for keeping the store clean and conducive for customer experience.
    • Financial Recording/Reporting.
    • Record all income and expenditure.
    • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.

    Sales and marketing knowledge;

    • Leverage social media tools to drive sales.
    • Provide innovative marketing activities.
    • Provide suggestions on changing the store’s design and presentation of products.
    • Respond accurately to queries via social media.
    • Comply with inventory control procedures;
    • Ensure adherence to stock keeping protocols.
    • Record and track new stock.
    • Track sales and inform the buying team on inventory availability.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous experience in luxury retail/in-store sales. 
    • Must know how to use Microsoft Excel Effectively,
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong customer service orientation. 
    • Smart Dressing/Appearance.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
    • Must learn how to gift wrap.
