    Sales Business Development Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager at Relatedmotion. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. This individual will work closely with our creative team to align business objectives with the services we provide, ensuring client satisfaction and strong business partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with Relatedmotion’s growth goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their video production needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct client presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to showcase Relatedmotion’s capabilities and expertise.

    Market Research & Strategy Development:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target market segments to inform business strategies.
    • Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and expanding service offerings to meet emerging client needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that support business development efforts.

    Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, track potential leads, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of new business opportunities.
    • Establish sales forecasts and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals to achieve revenue targets.
    • Use CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions to maximize sales efficiency.

    Collaboration & Team Development:

    • Work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with Relatedmotion’s capabilities and standards.
    • Communicate client feedback to internal teams to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in the business development and sales departments.

    Networking & Brand Advocacy:

    • Represent Relatedmotion at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
    • Act as an ambassador for Relatedmotion, advocating for our brand and positioning us as a leading video production partner in the industry.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the video production or creative industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a business development capacity.
    • Strong understanding of video production processes, project requirements, and industry trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
