Summary

• We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salee/BD Manager to join our team in Ogijo.
• Your primary focus will be to drive sales of refractory products to clients in the steel, ceramics, cement, and sugar industries e.t.c.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the target industries.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in sales management within the Cement, Ceramic, Steel, Aluminium, and Chemicals industries.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
