Job Description
- Attend to customers by cross selling and up selling available merchandise
- Ensure pricing is accurate.
- Issue receipts, and refunds.
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualification
- Must have 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
- Good accounting skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
