    Sales and Partnership Associate

    Job Description
    Sales Delivery (Primary Focus):

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the business and markets to identify commercial opportunities.
    • Identify potential commercial partners for the organization.Work and plan to deliver targeted sales objectives (individual and team).
    • Prepare sales propositions, generate business cases and sales planning
    • Develop strong relationships with prospective new clients and industry network to maximize revenue streams and explore other initiatives that offer CFM clubs brand and media presence across key markets
    • Engage with leading brands across key global & regional categories to establish new partners across the City Football Academy in Manchester and other key projects
    • Explore new initiatives that will drive revenue growth through local Manchester based partnerships that have not previously been capitalized on by the Group. ii.Relationship Management
    • Uncover opportunities to create new partner relationships and manages existing ones
    • Ensure local reps meet sales targets by providing ongoing support and coaching
    • Work with local reps to structure new partnership proposals, develop implementation plans, and close deals
    • Manage key existing accounts and assist partners with expanding their sales volumes
    • Develop innovative new methods of cooperation
    • Design new sales finance and affiliate products iii.Networking
    • Developing and maintaining good relationships across the markets and sectors
    • Develop direct relationship with brands and key organisations that are existing or potential partners of Money Wise Intl. iv.Networking
    • Developing and maintaining good relationships across the markets and sectors
    • Develop direct relationship with brands and key organisations that are existing or potential partners of Money Wise Intl. v.Brand development initiatives (Secondary Focus)
    • Contribute to the development of new initiatives that increase our engagement with existing and new MCFC fans through creative partnerships
    • Support the Business Development team with in market knowledge, insight and sales activity to secure revenue for strategic projects such as: Telecom Partnerships and Industrialised Sponsorship

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
    • M.Sc / MBA Degree is an added advantage
    • Certification in or professional membership will be a plus
    • 3 - 6 years post-NYSC experience in any related field and/or Consulting practice with a credible organization
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
