Sales and Marketing Personnel at Inspire Vocational Academies

Key Responsibilities

• Promotional Activities: Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract prospective students and increase enrollment.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, print, digital, etc.) to promote polytechnic programs and services.
• Student Recruitment: Engage with potential students, parents, and guidance counselors to promote polytechnic programs and facilitate admissions.
• Corporate Partnerships: Foster relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance polytechnic reputation and create opportunities.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the polytechnic's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and marketing materials.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing marketing strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics, providing insights to inform future marketing decisions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in an educational institution.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; proficiency in marketing software and tools.
