    Sales and Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical Raw Materials)

    Job Description

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the pharmaceutical raw materials market to achieve company sales targets.
    • Client Portfolio Management: Utilize existing relationships within the pharmaceutical industry to expand market share. Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform the company’s sales strategies.
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry, including potential new clients, partnerships, and services.
    • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote the company’s pharmaceutical raw materials.
    • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing them with guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present sales and performance reports to the Managing Director, tracking progress against targets and recommending adjustments as needed.
    • Client Negotiation: Engage in high-level negotiations with key clients to close deals and secure favorable outcomes for the company.
    • Compliance: Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies
