    Sales and Marketing Manager (Conglomerate)

    Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and implement strategies across our transportation, real estate, and oil & gas subsidiaries.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for each subsidiary to achieve revenue and market share targets.
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.
    • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and public relations, to enhance brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align offerings with customer demands and market trends.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
    • Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in transportation, real estate, or oil & gas.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
    • Experience in digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
    • Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
